 “Empower your meetings and workshops”

Meet2Create - Facilitation Experts

Every meeting or strategic workshop is different and is generally customised to suit our clients needs. However, there are some basic steps and processes that often apply.

Planning Stage

Workshop/meeting

We use an approach to separate ‘strategic’ from ‘operational’ thinking and then devote exclusive time and space to strategic work. As a group, we explore where we are, where we are going, how we will get there and what then needs to be done (e.g. actions).

There are three voices that contribute to the meeting/workshop. They are not defined hierarchically, but according to their participation in the system. The session will require all three of them. Often one or more of these voices is lacking in a traditional meeting/workshop with the results often poor. The voices required are the Voice of Intent (e.g. Management), Voice of Design (e.g. Facilitator), Voice of Experience (e.g. Internal worker, customer). Our conversation is tracked on the electronic whiteboard using “mind mapping”.
